Annually commercial service of the company carries out the analysis of operation of the released devices and the equipment and in the end of the year the plan schedule of scheduled preventive maintenance and service for the next year which is distributed together with drafts of contracts to track maintenances, the centers of diagnostics of the railroads and transport shops of industrial enterprises is formed. Specialists of the company provide qualitative and quick guarantee, and also in the presence of the signed contract with the consumer and post warranty service of systems and devices. Service provides delivery of the equipment in the service center or departure of experts for control, service and repair of the equipment, updating of the software, and also delivery of necessary spare parts. When using by the consumer of system of company service the guarantee for the equipment for a period of 1 year till 3 years lasts. For convenience of the customer the program of supply with spare parts and the equipment through SAPR R3 of "Roszheldorsnab" is also provided. In case of use by the customer of a large number of the equipment of the TBEMA company, the organization of the regional service centers is possible. Service of cars-relsosmazyvateley which were released within the program of resource-saving from 2011 for 2013 can be an example. Thus today on 8 railroads (RZhD branches of JSC) 52 cars, from them 35 on the railroads of east region are used. For their repair and service by the company in 2012 the service center in Irkutsk with branches in the cities of Chita and Khabarovsk was created.

Practice of providing similar services in the form of outsourcing gives a number of advantages to the supplier and the user of production. From this absolutely logically follows that it is more expedient to be engaged in repair, service and maintenance of diagnostic aids to the one who makes them, i.e. to professionally prepared personnel. Together with JSC RZhD such experiment on rendering this service since 2013 is begun on the Gorky railroad. Within rendering service in outsourcing there can be also extremely useful and necessary in the future a rendering services by the company in consulting or technical audit of the existing Tax Code system on the certain railroad.
